Meet Molly

Meet Molly the inspiration  behind Molly's Cards.  She’s a 30 year old entrepreneur who loves her Cairn terrier Toto and wants to bring joy to fellow dog lovers with her unique and fun cards .

Molly and her sister Caitriona sniffed out a little opportunity  they wanted to recognise all the joy dogs bring to families all over the globe so they embarked on an exciting new venture, that has now been featured in some of Ireland's main stream media including Irish Country Living. (see image below).

 Molly's Cards  started off as a little craft hobby for family and friends but has grown from strength to strength as so many people love the joy these cards bring . The sisters worked with a graphic designer ( Lion Print )  to have a unique slant on their card designs . Adults with additional needs can find it hard to receive meaningful employment in Ireland especially at the moment . Molly's family wanted to enhance the quality of her life and give her a real taste of being a business woman.  Molly is  involved in all aspects of the business , she loves folding , packing and sorting the cards ,writing notes to customers, going to the post office and checking her social media reports . Happy customers regularly post pictures of their dogs beside Molly's cards . Our little adventure is bringing so much happiness to people , small actions have a big impact.

As the pandemic unfolded the sisters realised  that for the business to continue they needed an online platform. With guidance from the Tipperary Enterprise Board the sisters were able to enhance their business.

Molly  was born with Down Syndrome, but she does not let this define her , she wants to create awareness about the importance of person first language and showcase the ability young adults have if they are given a chance.  Molly's favourite affirmation is "Wake up every morning and tell yourself I can do this" .To learn more about Molly and Toto why not check out  her Instagram page. Molly knows the importance of life work balance and when she is not sorting card orders she can be found dancing , ballet and Zumba being her big passions .
